By Using Our Services, You Agree To The Following Terms...


By using Jay's PC Repair Services you authorize Jay's PC Repair, its technician(s), and or affiliate(s) to perform work on your computer, tablet, or other tech-related device(s). You understand that Jay's PC Repair technicians have been trained to perform hardware and software-related work, and hold multiple certifications in the field...however Jay's PC Repair is not an authorized service dealer by any company (i.e. Microsoft, Google, Dell, etc). You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Jay's PC Repair from any and all liability for claims, damages, or any other kind of description that may arise from any service work performed on your device(s).

You agree to hold harmless Jay's PC Repair in the event of cosmetic or physical damages to any device(s) or other incidents which may occur as a result of services rendered on the device unless proven beyond reasonable doubt the damages were caused by extreme negligence on the part of Jay's PC Repair and/or it's technician(s) & affiliate(s).

You certify that you are the expressed owner of any device(s) provided or serviced by Jay's PC Repair. In the event that you're found to not have proper access permissions, property rights, or are not the expressed property owner, you will assume any and all responsibility for the device, its use, damages, and negligence in handling it received, or other legal responsibilities.

You understand that technical support rendered by Jay's PC Repair may void manufacturer warranties for the device(s). Jay's PC Repair does not assume any liability or warranty, nor do we offer any sort of extension on said warranties in the event that they are voided.

You understand that Jay's PC Repair offers no verbal or written warranty, either expressed or implied, regarding the services rendered during technical support.

You expressly waive all claims against Jay's PC Repair for any damages to the device(s), the data contained on said device(s), and understand it is incidental to technical support that data may become inaccessible/erased or an entire device may be rendered inoperable after service. Any damages suffered to the device during normal and conscientious services are no fault of the technician(s) & affiliate(s).

You understand that Jay's PC Repair is always in the interest of privacy protection, and will not disclose personal information or data that a client possesses on the device(s) or information provided to Jay's PC Repair. Part of this policy is a non-retention addendum, designed to minimize any and all data or information we collect. This data is separate from our affiliate(s) in some cases. During which, their TOS (Terms of Service) shall outline the usage and what is collected at the time you visit their site(s).

With Jay's PC Repair we keep your privacy in mind. We will always refuse to release any information or data we collect. The exceptions to this policy are as follows:

*There is a legal obligation or requirement to disclose information.

*It is found that the data contains underage/illicit/terroristic/otherwise dangerous information

When the above exceptions are found, Jay's PC Repair is obligated to report information to the appropriate authorities and may be required to turn in device(s) as evidence.
